In no event shall Apex Division and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct or indirect liability arising from contract entered into by protocolone/protocolone supplier prior to 2008/01/15. Contracts entered into by Apex Division and ProtocolOne clients shall be deemed as new contract, with terms and conditions applicable as may be decided upon by both the parties concerned, i.e. Apex Division and the Client, in the contract.
