Bundled-Support

Most projects are bundled with 4-6 weeks of support for no extra charge. If a client wishes to continue availing such services upon the expiry of the term, the option of buying packaged services is available. Bundled-Support Services include

Migration of the site to new host provider
Minor cosmetic changes (change of color, change of font, text, images- this does not include any major html or design changes)
18 hours/day live support for any queries relating to the site.
Turn around time of max 24 hrs (weekdays) and 36 hrs (weekends) for any bug correction etc.
